What purchase options are available?
The $99/year subscription includes the Magento 2 extension, full source-code access, free installation and configuration, and updates and support during the paid subscription term. It renews annually until canceled.
Can I cancel the yearly subscription?
Yes. Cancel renewal anytime to stop future charges. Updates and support continue through the end of your paid term. After that, you can continue using the version already downloaded and installed; an active subscription is required for new updates and support. AI-provider API usage remains separate.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. The extension includes full source-code access. NS license activation is required, and the extension contacts the NS license service periodically. Ending your subscription does not disable your installed version.
Does the license include AI-provider API usage?
No. Connect your own API account from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini. Your selected provider bills API usage separately.
Which models are supported?
Version 1.2.0 includes GPT-6 Astra alongside GPT-5.6 choices for OpenAI, plus the configured Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini models. Your API account must have access to the selected model. Existing model selections are preserved when you upgrade.
What changed in version 1.2.0?
Alongside GPT-6 Astra and fuller product context, version 1.2.0 refreshes licenses in the background and when settings are saved, keeping license-server calls out of storefront page loads. Admin test prompts use the saved settings for the selected default, website, or store-view scope. Follow the documentation for upgrade and license-refresh steps.
Can it explain products with many options?
Yes. It prioritizes option groups and values relevant to the shopper’s question, including choices farther down long lists. The AI is told when the available context is incomplete. Prices can be starting amounts, so shoppers should confirm exact combinations, availability, and final totals on the product page.
Can I customize the chat widget?
Yes. Configure the chatbot name, greeting, chat header title, header and floating-button icons, colors, and system prompt in Magento. Settings can be tailored by store view, including language and store-specific guidance.
Is installation included?
Yes. Free installation and configuration are included with every license.
What’s the refund policy?
For purchases directly from NSPlug, initial purchases have a 30-day refund period and renewal refunds may be requested within 7 days, subject to the NSPlug refund policy. Purchases through Adobe Commerce Marketplace follow its refund policy.
